VX Terminal Help

DIN CTRL

Connect DIN CTRL to bring in findings, decisions and briefs from DIN, and the relay that lets you answer agents that are waiting on a person. It connects once for the whole company.

What it lights up #

Get a relay credential #

  1. In DIN CTRL, create a relay credential for this terminal's DIN identity. If you don't have a DIN CTRL account or identity yet, ask your DIN CTRL contact.

Connect it in VX Terminal #

  1. Open Settings → Connections, find DIN CTRL under Intelligence and press Connect on the Global row.
  2. Relay URL: leave the default that is already filled in, unless DIN CTRL gave you another address.
  3. Relay credential: paste the credential DIN CTRL issued.
  4. Press Test, then Save.

How Test works #

Test lists pending questions from the relay once, for example "Relay reachable · 3 pending questions". Nothing is changed.
