UptimeRobot
Connect UptimeRobot to show your website and API monitors: up or down, 30-day uptime and response time. UptimeRobot connects once for the whole company. Monitors refresh every 5 minutes.
What it lights up #
- Infrastructure · Live monitors
- Scorecard · monitors down, 30-day uptime
Get a read-only API key #
- Sign in to UptimeRobot and open Integrations & API in the left sidebar, then API.
- Create a Read-only API key and copy it.
The Main API key also works, but a read-only key can list monitors without being able to change them. A monitor-specific key is not enough: it sees only one monitor.
Connect it in VX Terminal #
- Open Settings → Connections, find UptimeRobot under Infrastructure and press Connect on the Global row.
- Paste the key into Read-only API key.
- Press Test, then Save.
How Test works #
Test lists your monitors once and counts how many are up and down, for example "Connected · 8 monitors". Nothing is changed.
