Every brand. One terminal.
VX Terminal is the operating console for companies that run several brands. Connect the tools you already use, see every brand's live numbers side by side, and run the week from the same screen.
The tabs, sheets and threads you check every week.
Most multi-brand companies run on a stack of separate tools per brand, and a spreadsheet that tries to pull them together. VX Terminal reads those tools for you and puts the numbers next to the people who own them.
Connect, see, run.
Getting started takes six steps: company profile, brands, connections, team, Operate and Scorecard. Settings → Setup checks each one live and links to the screen that finishes it.
Connect
Open Settings → Connections. Paste a read-only key or press Connect, then press Test: it reads one thing and changes nothing. Save, and the key is encrypted on the server and never shown again.
See
Each panel goes live when its source is connected. A panel without one says Not connected and links to the card that fixes it. A number nobody has entered shows as needs_human, never as a made-up zero.
Run
Operate holds the accountability chart, the weekly Scorecard, this quarter's Rocks, the to-dos and your processes. Roles decide who can change what, and the engines check every change again on the server.
The tools it reads today.
This list comes straight from the connector catalog the terminal itself uses. Planned connectors are listed so you can see what is coming; they can't be connected yet.

20 ready today, 3 planned. What each connector reads and which screens it feeds
Run the week where the numbers are.
Operate is where you run the business week to week, following the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) rhythm. It has five sections.
- Accountability ChartSeats and functions, with one accountable owner each. A seat nobody fills yet shows as an open seat.
- ScorecardThe 5 to 15 weekly numbers you run the company on, each with an owner and a goal. Off-track is worked out against the goal.
- RocksThis quarter's 3 to 7 company priorities, each with an owner, milestones and a status.
- To-DosThe 7-day action items from the weekly meeting, each with an owner and a due date.
- SOP · ProcessesYour documented core processes, versioned and published when the team agrees them.
Changes never overwrite: each change saves a new version and keeps the old one. Retire hides an item; nothing is deleted. If your company doesn't use EOS, turn Operate off in Settings → Modules.
What the code does with your keys and records.
Only what the terminal actually does today. The details are in Security and your data.
Encrypted keys
Every key, token and password you connect is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, tied to its own connection and field. The encryption key is kept apart from the database.
Write-only secrets
After you save a key, the terminal never shows it again. At most it shows the last few characters so you can tell keys apart.
Your own database
Each customer's terminal is set up with its own PostgreSQL database, with a separate database role for each of its engines.
Connectors only read
Connectors don't create, change or delete anything in your tools. Three send only what you ask: Email sends invitations, Slack alerts posts to your channel, and DIN CTRL carries your answers back to waiting agents.
Narrow outbound calls
The terminal calls only https:// addresses on the public internet. It refuses private and local addresses, never follows redirects, and gives up after 15 seconds.
History is kept
Connections, brands and Operate items are retired, not deleted. Each connection keeps a history of every change, test and sync, with who did it.
Not for sale
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and one customer's data is never shown to another. See the Privacy Policy.
Nothing loads from elsewhere
This site loads nothing from anywhere else: no analytics, no outside fonts, no trackers.
Part of VX CTRL.
VX CTRL is the platform. VX Terminal is its operating console: the view of every brand you run, in one place. You add it to VX CTRL, and your own terminal is set up for you, with its own address, its own database and an invitation for your first admin.
Your company sits at the top of one tree and each brand is a branch. Roles can be given for the whole company or for a single brand.
- VX CTRLthe platformGoverns and hosts: identity, permissions, approvals and the org tree.
- VX Terminalthe add-onOperates: money, customers, people, IP, servers and the week's priorities.
- DIN CTRLa connectorKeeps the record: what was found, decided and done, and the questions agents are waiting on.
Use the real terminal on a fictional company.
The demo is VX Terminal running Northwind Trading Co., a made-up company with six brands and sample data. There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing you change is saved.
