Inviting your team
Add the people who will use your terminal in Settings → Team. Each person gets a link to choose their own password, and a role preset that decides what they can do.
Inviting and changing roles needs the identity admin role (or founder).
Before you start #
Connect Email in Settings → Connections so invitations are emailed. Without it the terminal still creates the invitation, and shows you the link once to pass on yourself. See Email.
Invite someone #
- Open Settings → Team and find Invite someone.
- Enter their Email and Name (how they appear in the terminal).
- Choose Roles: one of the presets below, or "No roles yet (add them later)". For Brand manager, also choose the Brand.
- Press Send invitation.
The link works once and expires after 72 hours unless your terminal sets another limit. If the link is shown on screen instead of emailed, use Copy link and send it only to that person: anyone with the link can set their password until it is used or expires. Press Done when you have it; the link is not shown again.
The role presets #

| Owner | Everything, everywhere. For the people who own the company. Only a founder can invite an owner. |
| Administrator | Runs every part of the terminal for the whole company, including Settings. |
| Finance | Manages finance; can see everything else. |
| Brand manager | Runs one brand: its money, comms, legal, customers and operating rhythm. Brand-scoped roles reach only that brand's rows. |
| Viewer | Can see every section; changes nothing. |
Before you grant, the screen lists exactly which roles a preset gives ("… grants exactly").
Pending invitations #
The Pending invitations list shows each invitation, its roles, and how the link went out: "emailed", "link handed over" or "email failed, link handed over", with when it expires.
- Re-send issues a new link. The old one stops working.
- Revoke cancels the invitation.
What the invited person does #
- They open the link from the email (or the one you sent them).
- They choose a New password of at least 12 characters, type it again in Repeat it, and press Set password and sign in. They are signed in straight away.
Give an existing person a preset #
Under Give someone a role preset, choose the Person, pick a preset (and a Brand for Brand manager) and press the button, which names both (for example Grant Viewer to Dana Whitfield). Roles they already hold are skipped. For single roles, revokes and scopes, use the Identity screen (the Identity → button).
Common messages #
